Little Red Robin Restaurant & Wine Bar is a brand-new restaurant & wine bar in Lane Cove. Little Red Robin offers a cosy & edgy, ambience, with a welcoming and intriguing dining experience. Taking inspiration from the traditions and culinary riches of the Mediterranean, this modest 40 seat restaurant & wine bar aims to treat patrons by re-imagining classic recipes in a contemporary aspect. We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and up and coming waitperson who desires a career in hospitality and who is serious about service. If you have a back ground in high end dining, are of an inventive nature, have an appreciation for traditional foods of various cultures and stimulated by different styles of cooking, local produce and up to date food & wine trends; this is your opportunity to further your career. The Role: Working side by side with the owner & rest of the team; the successful candidate will have the opportunity to run the floor of this new venue and engage with customers. This is an all rounder role, ensuring all customers feel welcome and well looked after. We are also after someone who has a desire to learn about the food & wine we will have on offer and can passionately and confidentially take customers on this journey. Guest experience is paramount for Little Red Robin, so if you are engaging and have a positive attitude, this is the role for you. This role is mainly for our evening shifts - starting from approx 4pm from Tuesday to Saturday (rotating roster) so applicants MUST be available evenings. Required Skills & Attributes. Available Evenings Tuesday to Saturday Australian Working Rights RSA Passionate, innovative with a positive attitude. Minimum of two years’ experience in high end dining in a head waiter or senior waitperson role. Very well presented and confident engaging in a professional manner with customers. A strong work ethic and someone who takes pride in the consistency and presentation of the restaurant. Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Be willing to collaborate with all team members & have fun Open minded and welcoming of ideas. Be willing to have a 'jump in' attitude and happy to help out on what is needed. A passion for service and a desire for a career in hospitality. Must have RSA Fluent English **Full Australian working rights. **Sorry this role does not offer sponsorship and is not suitable for Working Holiday Visas** Offer: An attractive annual base salary + Super Tuesday - Saturday shifts.
